PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

  • To deliver standards of service that exceed the customer expectation
  • Promote a welcoming and inclusive team environment
  • To resolve any issues in a positive and professional way
  • To ensure the implementation of all company policies and procedures and to provide timely feedback to management on how the policies and procedures could evolve to ensure a continually improving customer experience
  • Promote a welcoming and inclusive team environment
  • To foster an environment of people development that promotes training and internal progression
  • To attend training and team meetings as required
  • To communicate company policies, brand guidelines, company procedures and standards to ensure that these are fully understood, implemented, and adhered to by all team members
  • To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably requested by the company
  • To ensure they complete their flow training within the set deadlines
