Job Description: As a Restaurant Waitress, you will be an integral part of our service team, responsible for ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests. Your main objective will be to provide exceptional customer service by delivering prompt, efficient, and friendly service while showcasing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, promptly escorting them to their tables.
- Present menus to guests and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections based on their preferences.
- Take accurate orders from guests, utilizing an electronic or paper-based order system, and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to maintain efficiency.
- Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or requests.
- Accurately process payments from guests, including cash, credit cards, and digital payment platforms, while adhering to established procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setup and general cleaning duties.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations, maintaining proper food handling and hygiene standards.
- Uphold a positive and professional image of the restaurant, displaying a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Salary: Up to AED2,750.00 per month
