Job Description
Consultation Specialist Lead is responsible of managing all the consultation specialists that work at Bitterroot Studio. Must manage their schedules, consultations, revision calls, proposal due dates, manage proposal turnover under 14 days, reschedules, over sees client chats of consultation specialists’ clients.
Consultation Specialist lead fills in on proposal buildout when needed. Lead has knowledge of the different types of flowers and plants available (or does research on flowers and plants for event development). Having a strong sense of creativity and excellent customer service skills is essential for our floral experience success.

Skills required:
· High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development Test)
· 2+ years Exceptional Customer Service Experience
· 2+ sales experience

· Floral knowledge will be a plus but not mandatory
