- Manage and supervise showroom staff, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support.
- Create a welcoming and visually appealing showroom environment that promotes our products and brand.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, assisting them in closing sales and meeting targets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, features, and benefits to effectively educate and assist customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by offering personalized consultations and product recommendations.
- Keep track of inventory levels, ensuring products are properly displayed and available for purchase.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing and securing favorable terms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors to remain competitive in the market.
- Monitor and analyze showroom performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies accordingly.
- Prepare reports and present findings to the management team, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing showroom operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience (3+ years) in showroom management or a similar role within the home building material industry.
- Strong knowledge of home building materials, including flooring, tiles, countertops, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, etc.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing a team.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and inventory management systems.
- A passion for interior design and an understanding of current design trends.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).J
