Sales Experience Communications Lead [Colombia]


 

We are seeking a talented Communications Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing our communication plans and initiatives across the Sales Operatipons and Sales Force organization. This position requires proficiency in assertive messages, communications and content creation as well as tracking newsletters analytics.

Ideally this candidate has experience using Eloqua tool (marketing automation platform, to create, execute and monitor campaigns within this tool).

Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and implement organizational communication initiatives
  • Develop content for communication channels, including email, intranet, and other digital channels
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement communication plans for various projects
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the different communication initiatives
  • Utilize Eloqua to create, execute and monitor campaigns
  • Manage and maintain Eloqua database and ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal setups
  • Creating short video / interactive content for internal initiatives within the organization
  • Acts as a proactive team member and may act as a project leader on small projects.

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • Typically 2-4 years of experience in a business related function, in Communications and Internal Content Creation

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English (as a must) and local language as well as other languages as required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to help develop effective communication plans
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication
  • Ideally, experience with the Eloqua platform
