Hey, we are looking for a motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

Currently, we are looking to extend our Sales Team with a Customer Support Specialist/Administrative Assistant to ensure timely communication with our current and potential clients.

Qualifications

  • German native speaker or C2 level (professional e-mail communication)
  • Advanced spoken and written English
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of the high-end style of communication
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines
  • Special attention for details - visual, grammar
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent Google skills (you can find an answer instead of asking a hundred obvious questions)
  • Ability to comply with repetitive tasks

It will be a plus

  • Experience in sales, customer support, or sales administration
  • Ability to strictly follow the rules and process guidances
  • Interest in finance and investments

Responsibilities

We are looking for a person who will be the right hand of our Head of Sales Administration. We have different tasks and processes to support and here are some of them:

  • Writing e-mails and follow-ups after calls and meetings
  • Working with CRM
  • Onboarding new salespeople
  • Preparing lists for calling
  • Approving people at the website
