Join our team as a Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator! We're looking for a driven, creative, and tech-savvy person to help us grow our brand and build our online community. As part of our marketing team, you'll get to work on exciting campaigns and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals. You'll have the opportunity to develop and execute an organic social media strategy, produce user-generated and behind-the-scenes content, and create video content for various social platforms. You'll also get to stay up to date with the latest social media trends and help manage influencer collaborations.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation. You should also be comfortable on camera and behind the camera, have excellent writing skills, and be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Role Responsibilities :
· Content Creation, developing video content to be scheduled across (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Pinterest).
· Collaborating with the Marketing team to create strategies and campaigns across all social platforms.
· Assist with growing, developing and executing an organic social media strategy
· Write compelling, engaging & on-brand captions and content when required
· Assist in producing user-generated content and behind-the-scenes content to support the content strategy
· Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and style across all content
· Assist in event and shoot preparation as well as content creation for creative assists, campaign activations and reactive social content.
· Stay up to date with current social media trends across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest)
· Assist in the management of influencer content and collaborations
· Analyse and report on social media/digital marketing metrics and adjust the content strategy as needed to improve engagement, reach, followers, traffic & conversions.
· Assist in all areas of marketing including website management - shopify & WordPress
About you:
· 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing and/or Content Creation
· Proven track record of building brands and delivering on business objectives through social media
· Proven experience creating content for social media platforms
· Comfortable on camera and behind the camera creating content
· Ability to identify & jump on social media trends
· Passion for all things social and staying current with social media trends and best practices
· Able to produce quality work with the ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people at all levels in an organisation
· Outstanding attention to detail
· Excellent writing and language skills
· Well-presented, organised and punctual
· Positive & creative attitude
