ΗR Assistant [Greece]


 

LMW is currently recruiting a versatile and result-oriented HR Assistant on behalf of a global Financial Services Company with Arabic clientele. The role requires a proficient speaker in English language.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete hiring and on-boarding process (contact employees, document collection and check, relevant reporting)
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations
  • Provide support for employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and preparing documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
Requirements:
  • BSc in Business, Phycology or relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in English
