- Take a hands-on management approach to build and lead the full cycle project from planning to execution
- Manage high profile clients by building and maintaining great relationships and taking ownership of client experience
- Coordinate project team activities and ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and project team members
- Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and post-project reviews
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery
- Develop and manage successful and useful interfaces across the company and elevate those connections into a supportive and problem solving environment
- 3-5 years of project management experience with a track record of leading clients facing technical projects
- Experience working with project management software and tools, such as Monday or Jira
- Project management certification, such as PMP or Prince2, is a plus.
- Knowledge in sales processes, working in SAAS product company - advantage
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and change management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Terrific problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science) - advantage
