BOSS Energy have been retained by a leading Electrolyzer technology company who have an opening for an Electrical Integration Leader. Your responsibilities will be to oversee the correct execution of customer orders for large-scale electrolyzer plants. This involves coordinating with various teams within the company, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams, as well as external suppliers and contractors.
Responsibilities:
- As a Technical Lead for E&I matter for customer projects ensuring the orders for large scale electrolyzers plants are to company standard.
- As someone who focuses on the integration of standard building blocks (HyLYZER/HySTAT) into plant solutions with multiple units, your responsibility is to ensure that the electrical and instrumentation aspects of these solutions are effectively integrated and optimized.
- As someone who develops knowledge of the E&I architecture of the HySTAT/HyLYZER solutions, your responsibility is to support the engineering and sales with specific E&I integration knowledge during tendering stage.
- Engage with Technical Project Managers and customers to decompose project work into a clear work breakdown structure, you are responsible for working collaboratively with these stakeholders to break down complex projects.
- Ensure the execution of customer deliverables such as plant single-line diagrams, load lists, signal lists, and other technical documents are delivered to the customer in a timely and accurate manner.
- Advise customers and ensure contractual compliance on a variety of electrical topics such as harmonics, power factor, MV and LV grounding, protections, and lightning protection, your responsibility is to provide technical guidance and support to the customer throughout the project.
- Supporting other functions which may be Technical and Non-Technical such as manufacturing, supply chain, commissioning.
- Manage a Global team of 3-5 Electrical Engineers who focus on customer project execution.
- Help with coaching and development of engineers on both technical and non-technical skillset.
- Manage team workload on a medium-term basic (day to day is handled by Technical Project Managers)
- Expert within a wide range of topics regarding electrical engineering.
Your Profile:
- Very strong technical competency in power distribution and/or instrumentation.
- Great communication skills to engage with different stakeholders.
- Strong problem resolution leadership to the team, dealing with non-technical and technical issues.
- Must be able to handle a global set-up.
- Fluent in English.
