Building Administration Officer [Philippines]


 
  • Coordinating building maintenance and repairs with outside contractors
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies on hand and ordering more when needed
  • Managing the building’s staff, including hiring, firing, training, scheduling work shifts, and overseeing work performance
  • Preparing reports about building activity for senior management
  • Overseeing building security measures to ensure the safety of employees and visitors
  • Reviewing all building contracts and lease agreements to ensure that they meet legal requirements
  • Assist Environmental Health & Safety in the coordination of building fire drills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of any 4 year degree course
  • Can start ASAP
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • At least 3 years of experience as a building Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and building codes.
  • Excellent project management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Parañaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
