You are responsible for

• Control of the posting of a bank statement in accordance with the purpose of payment agreed with the client, preparation of payment specifications
• Control over the placement of orders in the SAP system, timely correction of credentials
• Control of received advance payments from customers, analysis of upcoming shipments based on received payments
• Calculation of the exchange rate, preparation of data for the release of shipping documentation, communication with the client regarding the coordination of accounting data for the upcoming shipment
• Communication with clients by e-mail/phone, as well as customer site visits

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you’ll need

• Be studying towards Bachelor's/Master's programm in accounting and auditing, finance and credit, taxation or relevant
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (basic analytical formulas, experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Experience with SAP would be an asset
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Ability to work in a team and developed communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Able to work at least 30 hours per week (both in the office and visiting customer site)
