MSCP provides highly innovative technical and organizational solutions for Heat Management in the Energy sector. It was founded in 2011 to assist the Oil and Gas Industry but it is rapidly expanding into Water treatment and Renewables.

Our Heat Management System is rooted in the synchronization and coordination of a complex network of value-added activities that need to be tailored to the specific needs of increasingly quality-sensitive Clients.
3 The Model
To deliver prompt, reliable, and effective services, MSCP has embraced a genuinely systemic approach to management and an organizational model that overcomes completely the conventional Hierarchical/Functional, Siloed structure. Our System is designed and operated as a Network of interdependent processes and its effectiveness is entirely predicated on its correct management.
To operate successfully, this model needs individuals willing to accept the professional and personal challenges of this new, NON “command and control” based paradigm.
4 The Position – Handyman

5 Role Responsibilities
· Working both indoors and outdoors with the possibility of working in rain, extreme cold (-35) and heat; depending on the time of year.
· Work 12 hours per day, 4 days/week and 1 day at the Office (Sherwood Park) Staying in camp each night. (Condensed Work Week, NO OVERTIME)
· Walking all day outside and inside, up & down stairs, on Oil & Gas site around heavy machinery
· Heavy lifting – Carrying supplies from trailer to trailer some boxes up to 30 pounds
· All aspects of cleaning: dusting, cleaning washrooms, lunch trailers, office trailers, collecting and lifting garbage, extensive mopping and sweeping, repetitive motion, manage recycling, Vehicle cleaning including cleaning exterior (wiping, disinfecting, vacuuming, taking vehicle to wash bay, mopping large areas by hand with a 5-pound mop
· Wear full PPE when required, including a hard hat, safety glass without limitations. (You will be required to bring your own Safety Boots.)
· General cleaning of assigned building
· Perform service requests and repairs as directed (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
· Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
· Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures, general repair includes doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry
· Clean cafeteria, lunchroom, storage areas, utility service areas, furnace rooms and boiler rooms
· Clean lighting fixtures and replace light bulbs
· Collect and dispose of garbage/litter within building interior and exterior Perform minor maintenance not requiring a skilled tradesperson
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Role Requirements
· Must be able to speak, read and write in English fluently*
· Must be able to stand and walk for 12 hours per day.
· Must be able to travel to the work site and work 4 days in a row without interruption*
· prior to Hiring candidate must have CSO-Common Safety Orientation (or equivalent BSO or CSTS-09/OSSA regional orientation)
· Wear full PPE when required, including hard hat, safety glass without limitations. (You will be required to bring your own Safety Boots.)
· Must be living around Edmonton/Sherwood Park area.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
