Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand their product needs, preferences, and budget.
Conduct product viewings and showcase the unique features and benefits of various properties.
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and negotiation strategies to ensure successful transactions.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate leads and expand client base
Negotiate and finalize contracts, purchase agreements, and lease agreements.
Provide exceptional customer service and establish long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Must have good communication skill.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales or customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
High ethical standards and integrity.

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
