We are seeking a passionate Office Manager to join our vibrant team and assist our clinicians to make a difference in the lives of others.

Our Mornington office and team:
  • Prime location on Main Street, short walk to the beach, local coffee shops and cafes
  • Regular team bonding events including cocktail nights, picnics

About your new Role:
  • Responding to all phone calls and email enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greeting visitors to the office and directing them accordingly
  • Assistance of the daily operations at our Surrey Hills office
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing mail as well as office supplies, stationery and deliveries
  • Coordinating team events
  • Building rapport with key external stakeholders
  • Extensive diary management
  • Attentive documentation and record keeping including archiving and filing, updating databases and spreadsheets and recording minutes from meetings
  • Ad hoc administrative support to the wider Better Rehab team as required
About You:
  • You possess a high level of customer service
  • You are able to work both autonomously and as a part of the wider team
  • You have the ability to prioritise incoming work
  • You have previous experience in a reception-based or administration role
  • You have proven organisational skills, time management and the ability to coordinate office operations
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You have intermediate skills in Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
  • You can provide evidence of: Police Check and Working with Children Check
