Our EMEA-LATAM EHQ in Hoofddorp is looking for a Manager Merchandising Partnerships & Collaborations.

As part of the EMEA Merchandising team, your responsibility is to drive the regional wholesale merchandising vision for Crocs, focused on the Collaborations, Energy and Partnerships segment. Our company is a fast paced, agile and growth-driven business and as a key part of the Merchandising team, you will be responsible for creating, developing and landing the Product and Merchandising direction for Crocs.
This role has significant hands-on involvement in Global line selection, consumer trend research, pricing and competitive analysis, and assortment creation and support to our sales teams and key accounts in selling the seasonal line.
What will you do?
Be the Voice of the Collab & Partnership Segment
- Show deep understanding and vision of the hype and mainstream collaborations segment of the industry.
- Demonstrate experience in developing roadmaps and plans to target the partnership-inspired consumer.
- Partner with the broader Merchandising and Commercial teams to ensure partnership assortment is complementary and supportive to the overall product offer.
Consumer & Market knowledge
- Develop and share expert knowledge of the EMEA consumer and marketplace.
- Be the voice of the EMEA region in presentations, meetings and conversations both internally and with our Global product and merchandising teams.
- Understand segmentation and different consumer types and organize this into clear knowledge of product and buying behavior.
- Lead and support the EMEA commercial and marketing teams, by showing a clear knowledge of consumer needs, and presenting product assortments aligned to those needs.
Deliver high-level Merchandising Tools
- Create and present seasonal visual Assortment plans for key channels and customers across EMEA.
- Deliver presentations and content that clearly articulates priorities and key products and inspires and motivates stakeholders.
- Through formal and informal communication, deliver strong messages about merchandising plans.
- Define channels and create strong segmentation plans that are designed to grow the overall market for the Crocs consumer.
Planning, analysis and data
- Focus on productivity and efficiency. Edit and focus stories and product offerings to tell bigger messages.
- Forecasting through historical sales and insight of future trends.
- Ability to read and interpret sales data and analytics to gain strong understand of consumer and trends.
- Pricing and margin analysis to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Who are you?
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's degree
Minimum Experience:
- 7 years' experience in Merchandising and/or Commercial roles
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- A track-record of driving Merchandising strategies and assortments with Sales Teams and customers within the Wholesale market.
- Understanding of the European footwear channel, particularly through key markets including German, French and UK markets.
- Consumer focused. Has the ability to understand product and brand through the lens of the consumer.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Can influence effectively.
- Thrives in a team environment. Someone who loves to support others and be supported.
- Action oriented and quick learner. Enjoys working in a fast, flexible and solutions-focused business.
- Ability to make Bold Bets. Through experience and knowledge, make strong decisions about taking the consumer forward into new space and back this up with an ability to land your vision.
- Fluent level of English
Travel Requirements:
- 20% of working time involving travel, in the US and throughout Europe.
