Job Description
Responsible for assisting the Operations Executive in organizing the day-to-day activities of the inspection team.
- Assists in organizing day-to-day operations.
- Performs various administrative duties. These include but are not limited to training assigned Inspectors, correcting inspector’s performance of technical tasks, assigning and delegating work
- Monitoring staff compliance to work standards, recommending on the quality and quantity of staffing requirements for his/her unit.
- Performs supervisory functions in the absence of the Operations Executive.
- Assists in ensuring implementation of his/her unit’s quality management systems including
- Addressing SIRs raised.
- Performs technical jobs in the absences of the subordinates.
- Reviews and approves reports related to his/her unit.
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goals or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.
Qualifications
Additional Information
.
- College graduate of any Engineering or Science course, preferably with license
- 3 years related technical experience (preferably with leadership role: Supervisory or Team Lead)

Experience/Technical Knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and people management skills.
- Keyboard skills; skilled in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Auditing skills
- Ability to travel to areas of operation, sometimes at short notice.
Language
- Fluent in English and Filipino (both written and verbal)
