Job Description:
· The position will be on a team of help desk users and assist with managing IRIS inquiries and data control.
· The position requires excellent customer service skills and experience.
· The communicates known solutions to end-users by referencing existing process and policy documentation and escalates new issues and clarification or solutions to subject matter experts.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Experience monitoring a records system to identify and correct errors.
· Experience researching a variety of sources to resolve problems.
· Experience interpreting, explaining and applying regulations, laws, or complex policies to carry out assignments.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $20.00 per hour
