We are looking for DATA ENTRY CLERK for our Austrian Subsidiary, AutaMarocchi GmbH in Vienna.
We are looking for a person with at least 1 year of experience working in a structured company, better if in the world of Transport or Logistic; the person we are searching for has Excel knowledge in advanced form (use of formulas and complex functions).

The emloyee will deal with the search for invoces in the archive, data recovery from them, creation of Excel tables, data entry into the system, data control.The ideal candidate is extremely precise and meticulous, with attention to detail, has reporting skills, organization, probem solving orientation and a good verbal communication to work in team.
It’s necessary have a good knowledge of German language and English language (Hungarian language is a plus).
The working hours will be morning part time, from Monday to Friday.
