Procurement & Supply Chain Assistant [South Africa]


 

Main duties include:

  • Costings of overseas invoices
  • Invoicing
  • Order placing - local and overseas
  • Booking of shipments
  • Supplier follow-up
  • Feedback to customer and sales representatives

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain
  • Sage Evolution experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good time management and communication skills
  • Able to work as part of a team and under pressure due to deadlines and customer expectations
  • Accuracy and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R18,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Procurement/supply chain: 2 years (Required)
