Blackline Implementation Manager [Romania]

 

Short Description

Capgemini is looking for a talented digital native and process enthusiast to join our Technology Consulting Services division. In this role you will be responsible for driving implementation of cloud-based, best in-class platform solutions for our clients. Using your extensive knowledge of R2R processes and technology, you will advise our customers on the best practices, and work through complex requirements to design the platform as needed. In this role you will also act as a subject matter expert and consult on current usage of existing platforms run by our client’s portfolio and advise on the changes that the client may benefit from. This competence profile plays a significant role in the digital enterprise transformation programs led by Capgemini.

Qualifications

• You have gained good professional experience in the R2R towers;
• You are good at documenting processes and have great attention to details;
• You have created training documents for your team or client and already delivered some trainings yourself;
• You work in an international environment;
• You are proficient in English and French;
• You can seamlessly navigate through business and technology landscape of the project;
• You have experience in a business analysis area, and you are familiar with some of the following activities: requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users, writing user acceptance test scripts and facilitating UAT sessions;
• You have basic experience in SQL, JSON; this would be an added advantage, not necessary;
• You have experience with relevant ERP (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, etc.).

Job Responsibilities

• Revise current client processes and technology landscape;
• Conduct design workshops sessions, advise the client and facilitate requirements gathering;
• Create documentation, coordinate and manage the execution of user acceptance test plans;
• Work with clients from business and IT to identify, document, and build the best in-class solution;
• Pro-active research and self-learning of the new platforms for the tools within existing portfolio as well as best in market tools e.g. BlackLine, Trintech, Workiva;
• Defining optimal and cost-effective IT solutions for identified business opportunities;
• Work closely with Sales Leads in preparation of new offeringsLead team members as well as serve as an individual contributor for R2R digital transformation programs and implementation of R2R cloud-based platform solutions, e.g. BlackLine, Trintech, Workiva; Implementation includes business requirements gathering, design and configuration, testing, and customer rollout across business units and locations; and the associated integration points to external business applications.
