Job description
- Responsible for checking project site progress for work done during the month.
- Able to read drawings and prepare bill of quantities (BOQ)
- Monitoring & identifying of Project Variations for submission.
- Preparing relevant drawings and photographs for monthly progress and variation work claims for timely submission to main contractor
- Evaluation and checking of main contractor’s payment certificate against project claim.
- Follows up on payment certificate and payment with the main contractor.
- Finalization of final accounts with main contractor
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying.
- Candidates with some accounting background an advantage
- Possess strong project organizational skills, resourceful, energetic, and able to work independently.
- Good computer skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Autocad 2D, 3D
- Relevant working experience an advantage

Salary: $2,300.00 - $2,600.00 per month
