Responsibilities:
- Handling and providing customer service ie. answering of freight enquiries from customers and overseas agents
- Generating quotations to customers
- Handling bookings with shipping lines/airlines & co-loaders
- Follow up on export or import shipments and updating of shipping status
- Co-ordination of pick up and deliveries
- Answer inbound enquiries and provide information pertaining to queries, complaints and feedback
- Preparation of export or import permits and all shipping documentation
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics / Business or relevant fields
- At least 1 year freight forwarding experience
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel & Word
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Dedicated, committed and keen to learn
