POSITION:
Technical Co-ordinator
APPOINTMENT DATE:

CHARACTERISTICS/TRAITS REQUIRED:
Resilience and ability to handle pressure, Detail oriented at an excellent level, Organization and planning, Good communication, Customer-orientated
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate field technicians to ensure effective and efficient delivery of technical services
- Timeously follow up with customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Submit and follow up on quotes based on technical assessments to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Manage dashboard of field techs to ensure productivity and quality of work
- Ensure high customer service output through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ensure timeous task completion by setting and monitoring deadlines
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- At least 2 years Technical Experience
KNOWLEDGE & CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Intermediate computer knowledge
- Telephone Etiquette
- CRM/BPO knowledge.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with technical terminology and processes
- Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
