Customer Relationship Officer
Our client, located in the Adelaide CBD is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to join their Laboratory Services team.

This is a full-time role on an initial 11-month contract, commencing ASAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to meet customer requirements and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide technical advice, ensuring all customer requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinating with customers on the analysis services and test results, and all internal transactions relating to customers
- To identify customers’ analytical needs and recommend testing requirements
- Ensure all reasonable steps are taken to achieve accuracy, reliability and repeatability of test results
- Advise customers on appropriate testing suites based on current legislation and industry practice
- Organise relevant testing and coordinate with internal labs
- Follow up sample status and reporting
Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in science or related field with experience in customer-facing service provision
- Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management, ability to develop and promote tailored solutions to customer needs
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in Laboratory Information Management Systems is desirable
- Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools
Key Requirements
- MUST have flexibility to work up to full-time hours as required
- Current C class drivers’ licence
- MUST have a valid current National Police Clearance and be willing to obtain a traffic check
