At Refined, we are on a mission to reimagine the user experience for business software to make it accessible to more people, for more purposes. Our product is a site-builder that aggregates features, content and functionality from third-party platforms such as Atlassian and allows our customers to create themed, easy-to-use sites. Today, Refined is commonly used for intranets, service desks, issue trackers, and knowledge bases. We’re deployed at leading companies like Apple, Spotify, Sony Music Entertainment, Airbnb, and PayPal—plus 5,000 others around the world.

This is a phenomenal opportunity for a self-directed designer to embed into a fast-moving marketing team and make significant, daily contributions that increases our reach and directly increases the value for our thousands of customers worldwide.
As a designer you will take part in our mission by making potential customers discover Refined, and enable existing customers to make the most out of Refined. We’re looking for a skilled designer with a strong visual focus, who sweats over the small stuff, but never loses sight of the big picture. Someone who is thrilled to work with our marketing team and support effective campaigns by creating stunning landing pages, social media content, blog posts and more. But also gets excited about creating and maintaining templates, guides and demo content, that in turn allows our customers to create stunning sites with Refined with ease.
In your daily work you will:
- Use your craftsmanship to create high-quality final design deliverables
- Be systematic and work with our existing brand guidelines and design systems
- Ensure great design execution in tight sync with other colleagues
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create effective campaigns that drive user engagement and growth.
- Develop visual material for marketing purposes (landing pages, banners, blogs, and social media posts, event material, etc).
- Become an expert of our use-cases and develop and maintain design material that supports our customers making the most of Refined (templates, guides, demo content, etc).
You will be part of an interdisciplinary team, where your work will create excitement and enable thousands of users around the world, ranging from people in tiny start-ups to global enterprises.
How to succeed in this position?
We’re looking for a skilled design professional with a strong visual focus. You will rock your tasks if you have:
- 3+ years of experience of Visual/UI design
- A love for continuously cranking out new designs in production settings
- A keen eye for structure, detail and order
- Ability to easily work within the bounds of existing brand guidelines and design systems
- Fluency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc)

Our recruitment process consists of a screening call and one or multiple interviews, where we will dive deeper into your skills. The salary range for this role is 32 000 - 36 000 SEK. We would like you to include a portfolio with your application.
