Job Description


As part of the Data Sciences & Analytics team, you will be responsible for designing, developing and enabling business process automation solutions using automated process robotization technologies to improve operational efficiency and process quality within the organization.

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS WILL BE:

  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Design and develop automation solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath.
  • Test and validate RPA solutions to ensure that they work properly and meet business and technical requirements.
  • Establish complete documentation on the solutions developed, including technical specifications, user guides and maintenance manuals.
  • Ensure maintenance and updates of deployed automations to ensure optimal performance and evolution according to business needs.
  • Training and assistance to end users when needed.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to integrate RPA solutions into existing processes and ensure their interoperability with other systems and applications.
  • Participate in technology watch and contribute to the continuous improvement of RPA methods, tools and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • You have a previous experience as an RPA developer, with a good command of at least one of the commonly used RPA tools (UiPath).
  • You have strong programming and scripting skills (Python, .NET, JavaScript, VBA, etc.).
  • You have a good understanding of business processes and IT systems, as well as standards and practices related to process automation.
  • You have an experience in project management and agile methodologies.
  • You work in team and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the company.
  • You solve problems creatively and make decisions based on available data.
  • You have a sense of initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • You are curious and open-minded, rigorous and dynamic.
  • You have good communication skills, view height, flexible and agile.
  • You are strongly customer oriented.
