- Relevant Degree or Postgraduate qualifications preferred.
- High School completion to Year 12, or equivalent
- Additional Sales and/or Marketing training.
- Operations and Leadership training
- Operations experience in a manufacturing environment
- Financial experience in managing a profit and loss operating unit.
- Experience in managing diverse range of staff operating in sales and operations
- Computer literate
- Sales management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong people leadership skills
- Customer management and relationship skills
- Able to juggle competing priorities to achieve a successful outcome
