Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Shipping Clerk to join our team! As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for monitoring and processing outgoing deliveries of our company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keep records of goods that have been shipped and received, preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for supervisor
- Tracking & Updating the status of shipments
- Troubleshooting Shipping Issues
- Verify all counts, quantities, and descriptions of products prior to putting
into finished goods.
- Timely and accurate completion of paperwork associated with the movement of
product and materials.
- Responsible for the general cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Perform regular inventory and cycle counts.
- Safely fill forklift propane tanks.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and
procedures.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift experience strongly
preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math, reading, writing and
computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have mechanical aptitude, a
desire to learn manufacturing processes, and a desire to advance.
- Possess a strong sense of teamwork and caring for the safety of yourself and
others.
- Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
- Must be available to overtime when needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
