Qualifications Coordinator FTC - Remote Working

CILEX delivers Distance Learning and Apprenticeships to the Legal Sector. We are seeking a person to co-ordinate activities that support the delivery and development of our qualifications and assessments. This role will conduct quality checks on Learner assessments, maintain and produce data and reports and will work collaboratively with the team to develop new materials and procedures.

The role is Fixed term to support Maternity until March 2024.


Key Activities include:

  • Allocating work to assessors in accordance with CILEX processes
  • Contributing to the creation of materials to support qualification and assessment development
  • Supporting the implementation of new systems for assessment delivery
  • Formatting and proof-reading documentation for publication
  • Organising meetings and producing meeting records
  • Publishing and maintaining documentation on the website and other media


If you have a desire for accuracy, attention to detail and following correct processes, we would be interested in hearing from you. You will also need:

  • Level 3 (A levels/BTEC) or equivalent in Business Admin, IT or related subjects
  • Administrative experience in a compliance role
  • IT confidence – particularly Microsoft Office, Excel formulae, IT systems, e-portfolios, Sharepoint
  • Experience of working in an awarding organisation or end-point assessment organisation, along with working knowledge of qualifications and apprenticeships
