Provide support for company Assembly Test utility facility database set up/ clean up and audit; Point-Of-Connection (POC) assignment process audit, run quarterly Progressive Build (PB) distribution/POC gap analysis and other infrastructure database management work to support capacity planning.
The scope not limited to:-
- Factory database cleans up and sets up based on the master drawing. On-site verification is required.
- Maintain Utility Matrix ]
- Support Utility database from phase 1 -3 setting up/sustaining to enable the input & output of the function.
- Support IT & programmer to enable the function for progressive build. What If analysis using ACCP. Provide support to the ACCP tool test and data collection if required for POC pre-assignment. Database include but not limited to: Facility System Tracker (a web based facility management tool for mechanical facility systems, can extract data to MS Excel format), Panel Schedule (MS Excel for electrical system), Pipe-flo, Easy Power, POC master drawing ( Auto CAD), Tableau, Instant, Flash, Power Hub, etc.
- Perform the POC and distribution capacity vs. demand analysis per each Long Range Plan (LRP)/ Capital Rest (CR/ Supply Demand Analysis (SDA) or any Out of Cycle (OOC) request
- Work with TD Master Design Package (MDP) designer to sustain the AT FDS (Facility Datasheet) under ‘CPU-CS’ and ‘CD-CPU-CS’ in FaSTr
- Perform the audit on company proprietary database, company master drawing proprietary database and Point-Of-Contact (POC) management under the ownership of DB (designer builder) designer (Architecture and Engineering). Support drawing and POC database accuracy sweep check and update for legacy tools information in database. Perform on-site verification if required.
- Data support work for Easy Power and Pipe-flo following the standard template (excel or other format) and IMDS.
- Support Design manager on TI/PB design administrative work, if required.
Skills Requirement:
- Primary qualifications include but not limited to:
- Knowledge on the mechanical and electrical utility facility
- Data analytical skills such as extremely large data sets in storage, manipulation, and extraction
- Details oriented and committed to deliver the result
- Could use the Auto CAD software to read the utility drawing
- Possess relevant knowledge in Microsoft Office with good proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Could work in a multidisciplinary environment solving complex problems and overcoming difficult challenges.
