No-one does nursery like Hello Hello Plants. Our huge yard in Campbellfield along with the best grower network in Australia offers customers over 4,000 plant varieties at great prices. We serve customers in store, over the phone as well as online and our delivery fleet transits thousands of plants around the country.
On the back of phenomenal growth, we now seek new members for our RETAIL SALES team.
What you will be doing ….
- Over-the-counter and phone sales, cash & till management
- Customer assistance & basic advice
- Quotations for commercial buyers
- Providing gardening & plant advice to customers
- Assisting with customer service
- Answering phone, email & social media communications
What we need from you…
- Minimum 1-year in customer service or sales
- Excellent phone manner & rapport building skills
- Comfortable with a fast-paced & dynamic environment
- Maturity, resilience, patience, dedication & reliability
- Happy to be outside & get physical (carrying plants etc.)
- Good computer / smart-phone skills (email, google, photo’s etc.)
Award rates for weekends + commission.
Full time hours. We’re open to candidates for our weekday & weekend roster. Immediate start.

Salary: $26.73 – $48.11 per hour
