Junior HR Administrator [South Africa]


 

A Leading National Clothing Retailer is recruiting a hardworking, motivated HR Administrator to work for one of the country’s fastest growing independent chain stores.

Main Duties:

· Processing records and all onboarding documentation

· Collate, prepare and submit monthly payroll documentation

· Create and maintain employee files

· Scan and upload employee contracts and Policies

· Load new employees, prepare monthly employee spreadsheets

Requirements:

· Relevant qualification in related field

· Fluency in English (Written or Spoken)

· Knowledge and understanding of Sage system

· Strong management, communicative, organizational and problem-solving skills

· Adept at working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment

· Proficiency on Microsoft Excel, Word
