Customer Experience Specialist [Qatar]


 

We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join a Dance, Music and Arts training and Events Facility.

The Customer Experience Specialist (CX Specialist) develops and implements sales strategy, new

business/membership/client development, retention of clients/members, negotiation of contracts, and identification of

entrepreneurial enterprises and relationship management strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse client interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Bring in corporate clients and maintain the relation
  • Target will be fixed and should be met .
  • Coordinate the Events .
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, satisfaction and loyalty
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences and expectations for each event.
  • Continuously analyze and improve client experience processes and procedures


Time : 1 PM -9 PM

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or a related field with five or more years of outside technology sales experience(customer facing preferred)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knows how to multi-task, flexible and can work with minimum supervisions
  • Excellent communication in English (oral and written).
  • With people-oriented skills and a team-player.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft documents and other applications.
  • Should possess impressive personality.
  • Female candidate is a priority for this position.

Benefits

Salary range: Qrs. 3500 – 4000 + Incentives (plus housing + transport)
