Responsibilities:
- Greet incoming and departing guests
- Professionally handle any guest request or complaint, always with a positive and professional attitude
- Process reservations by email, telephone and/or in person
- Produce and sent letters of confirmation and other well-written correspondence
- Process cancellations and modifications
- Analyze data to determine availability and rates
- Maintain the waiting area clean and neat
- Engage with guests to make sure they are happy with food and service
- Perform marketing and advertising services based on management guidelines
- Manage the flow of guests into the Dining, Bar and waiting areas
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Host/Hostess for minimum 2 years i
- Fluency in English language
- Additional languages will be considered a plus
- Comfortable with using technology
