We're looking for a high-energy and proactive Employer Branding Intern who will support our global Employer Branding team present an authentic image of UiPath through content and events to position the company as a destination employer.
You will help us attract and compete for the talent we need and ensure we provide candidates what they want to know and should know about us. This is a great opportunity to learn how to implement an employer branding strategy, how to manage projects and design events from scratch, to how to apply your creativity to boost our image on the market as employer of choice

Start date: Summer, 2023
Schedule: Full-time

Note: This is a 6-months full-time paid internship

What you'll do at UiPath:

• Support the global Employer Branding team in day-to-day activities.
• Apply your creative abilities while following general guidelines to support in producing and maintaining various communication and employer branding materials, such as presentations, employee videos, testimonials, one-pagers,etc.
• Support the planning and delivery of external events, such as job fairs, conferences, and in-house events, such as open days.
• Make meaningful connections with people from all internal teams and support the creation of their stories in an authentic way through written content, photos, videos, etc.
• Be a point of contact for external suppliers and internal teams for a smooth projects’ delivery.
• Bring and share ideas! Come up with ideas that could help us level up our visibility in the organization or in the market.

What you'll bring to the team:

• Student or fresh graduate of Communication, PR, Adverting, Marketing or other related bachelor’s or master’s degrees.
• Experience in volunteering for student associations/ NGOs or involvement in similar projects are desired.
• Basic project management skills, such as planning, coordination, follow-up, and deadline management.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using virtual communication tools like Zoom.
• Basic experience in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Advanced English language knowledge is required, both written and spoken.
• Ability to create and sustain productive relationships and networking within the organization as well as within the relevant external networks.
• A team player with a passion for bringing new ideas to the table.
• Fast learning abilities and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Creativity, a keen eye for visual details, and knowledge of image/video editing tools will represent an advantage.
