Jobs Scope
- Must undertake PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) - Guidance will be given
- Communicate with clients for their hiring needs and organizational goals
- Research on client's and candidate's profiles and references
- Develop and implement strategies based on business needs
- Research into competitors and market trend (quarterly)
- Define job description and document specifications
- Identify prospective candidates using different channels
- Create a candidate biodata for each open position
- Conduct necessary interviews
- Follow-up references and check credits
- Present to client on shortlisted candidates
- Create detailed candidate profile summaries
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships
- Research and develop recruitment leads
- Post placement follow up and recorded report
- Brave in making constructive suggestions to better the business
- Excellent is Microsoft office suite will be helpful
