Role: Data Analyst – Root Cause Analysis Team Customer Care & Outcomes
Location: Customer Care & Outcomes, Dublin/Limerick/Galway/Cork With Hybrid Working
This role is being offered on a Permanent, Full-time basis.
About the Role:
The Root Cause Analysis team standardise the approach to Root Cause Analysis undertaken as a result of customer complaints & errors. In line with regulatory obligations, on a regular basis the Group must undertake an appropriate analysis of the patterns of complaints and errors from consumers, including investigating whether complaints indicate an isolated issue or a more widespread issue for consumers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the analysis, and reporting of Complaints and Errors Data in line with the Root Cause Analysis of Complaints and Errors Policy.
As part of your role, you will be required to assist in driving the Root Cause agenda, through reporting and feedback of data for the AIB Group. You will also be responsible for assisting with the co-ordination, completion of stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Running and maintaining the Monthly MI reporting process, development of new reports/queries as required and other ad-hoc operational and MIS related duties as they arise.
Extract and analyse data for inclusion in papers provided to various forums and committees.
Collects, analyses, and interprets data to reach conclusions and/or present insights and findings.
Support the Root Cause Analysis team with the delivery of key programmes and initiatives.
Strong knowledge of complaints and Errors architecture and related data for AIB, EBS and Haven.
Develop a strong understanding of Root Cause Analysis support and systems to source data to help manage our RCA obligations.
What you will bring:
Experience in a data/analytical role.
Strong analytical with attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-starter with ability to work on own initiative and strong attention to detail with an ability to manage change effectively.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (advanced Excel pivot tables and macros, Power Point skills and Teams skills etc.)
Knowledge across current analytical technologies such as QlikView, SharePoint, (SQL Teradata desirable but not requirement.)
