Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for process analysis and optimization: according to product characteristics and process technical requirements, conduct product process analysis and optimization
3. Responsible for process abnormality handling: organize process abnormality analysis and processing, pull through various departments for quick countermeasures, and resume production
4. Comprehensive FPY/PY/UPH improvement: Responsible for promoting the implementation of bad countermeasures CA, continuously optimizing the process, and improving the comprehensive pass-through rate of products
5. Responsible for improving the scrap rate: analyzing the reasons for scrapping materials and formulating improvement measures
6. Responsible for the maintenance of process documents And update: SOP, PFMEA, inspection form, material requirements, EF list, auxiliary materials and consumables list, SOP audit review documents, etc.
Job Requirements:
- 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, machinery, etc., with more than 3 years of experience in electronic product assembly is preferred
2. Master the relevant professional knowledge of electronic circuits, mechanical drawing, etc.
3 , Familiar with process verification, measurement work, equipment use and other process software and hardware, and have extensive manufacturing process experience
