- Formulate and execute comprehensive leasing strategies to optimize occupancy levels and enhance profitability for our real estate properties, encompassing retail and office spaces;
- Identify and engage potential tenants through various channels, including broker networks, tenant databases, and industry networking events, ensuring a robust pipeline of prospects;
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions in a manner that aligns with our company's objectives, securing favorable outcomes for both parties involved;
- Oversee lease contracts from negotiation to documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and safeguarding our business interests;
- Conduct diligent market research to stay abreast of industry trends, property values, and legal regulations, leveraging this knowledge to make informed leasing decisions;
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with tenants, brokers, and key stakeholders, fostering a positive leasing experience and paving the way for future business opportunities;
- Collaborate closely with property management and development teams to ensure leasing activities align with overall strategic objectives for our properties;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports on leasing activity and performance metrics, providing valuable insights to the management team.
Perfil ideal
Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
A minimum of 2 to 4 years of commercial experience, with a focus on leasing within the real estate industry.
In-depth knowledge of the retail/offices leasing market, including trends, property values, and legal regulations, enabling you to make informed decisions and seize opportunities.
Exceptional negotiation skills and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants and other key stakeholders.
Strong financial analysis skills with a keen business acumen, allowing you to assess opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal, ensuring effective communication across various stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, empowering you to generate insightful reports and presentations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to convey information clearly and effectively.
Demonstrated high level of responsibility and accuracy, exhibiting meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
