Job description
It is a US-based Telemarketing company, and we are working on a product that is
Final Expense (Life Insurance Campaign).
Agents who are working from home will be hired in the avatar dialing position and they must communicate with the US customers via recordings. Agents will be provided with the recordings and the dialer software so, that they will respond to the customers easily.
The SOUNDBOARD dialing will also be provided to the agents which consists of several recordings and the agent must play them according to the given eligibility criteria pattern.
Agents must identify that the customer is eligible for the life insurance or not. If, the customer is eligible agent must transfer the call to the verifier agent and it will be considered a valid transfer. The COST of each valid transfer is 125 Rupees and when the valid transfer is converted into the sale there will be an additional 500 rupees on that transfer.
Campaign:
FE (Final expense)
That covers funeral burial expenses of the buyer.
Timing: 8:00 pm to 6:00 am
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills.
- Laptop.
- Good internet
Bonuses
- Monthly Slab Bonus
1- 200 Approved Quality Transfers = 25,000 PKR
2- 250 Approved Quality Transfers = 37,500 PKR
3- 300 Approved Quality Transfers = 52,500 PKR
4- 350 Approved Quality Transfers = 70,000 PKR
- DAILY CASH INCENTIVE
1- If you manage to hit 20 Approved Quality Transfers in a same day you will qualify for 500RS
Cash incentive.
2- If you manage to hit 25 Approved Quality Transfers in a same day you will qualify for 1000RS
Cash incentive.
- Punctuality Bonus
1-If you took 800 calls in a day and manage to maintain 800 call average in a month you will qualify for 5000
Note
1- Daily Cash Incentive will be added up in your salary.
2- These Bonuses will be implemented in this current month of 21 October, (NO OTHER
BONUS OR INCENTIVE PLAN WILL BE CONSIDERED)
3- Remember your minimum Target to Retain in this organization is to hit 200 Approved Quality
Transfers to retain your position in this organization
5- This Bonus and Salary plan will remain till 6 months Review on Salary plan & Bonus Plan
Will be considered after 6 months
6- In case of your outstanding performance Company will decide either to change your
Salary/Bonus plan or your Designation within 6 months
