We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Affiliates Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate marketing, excellent relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the online gambling industry.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to expand our network of affiliates, drive revenue growth and increase brand visibility for Slot Games.
2. Manage and optimize our affiliate relationships to ensure continued success and mutual benefit
3. Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliates through various channels, including industry events, conferences, and online outreach
4. Work closely with the marketing, design and product teams to create and optimize affiliate promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency
5. Regularly analyze and report on the performance of the affiliate program, identifying areas of improvement and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize results
6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, staying informed of market trends and emerging opportunities
7.Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a positive, collaborative, and performance driven work environment
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the online casino or gaming industry
2. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs
3. Strong understanding of the online gambling market, including regulations and industry trends
4. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse range of affiliate partners
5. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and reporting
6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
7. Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
8. Proficiency in affiliate marketing tools, platforms and technologies
9. Willingness to travel as needed for industry events and conferences
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
