As part of our development and in order to strengthen the Mechanical Workshop Department, Skyliners Sàrl is looking for an Office assistant.
Main tasks
Follow-up of service providers (from order to validation of invoices);- Verification and follow-up of the mechanics' clocking in and out;
- Invoicing of services provided;
- Management of various administrative tasks.
Profile required
Have a degree in secretarial or management studies (Bac +2);- Experience in a similar position;
- Perfect command of written and spoken French, German would be an advantage;
- Discretion and confidentiality;
- Rigour and flexibility
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines;
- Good team player, curious and open-minded with good interpersonal skills.
Technical skills required
Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
