What you'll do:
Lead a team (currently 5 and growing), plan their tasks efficiently, and make sure their day-to-day tasks are prioritized
Take ownership of product quality, building a QA and automation strategy
Communicate the state of the product in terms of performance and stability
Partner with R&D managers, dev leaders, Product Managers, and the support team and help them make the right decisions
Define the design, UX and product requirements from a QA perspective
Lead and define internal projects that improve the experience for Developers, Product Managers, and Designers

Qualifications:
A highly motivated professional whose personal journey is to become a great manager. You have hands-on experience in programming.
You’re well versed in JavaScript, React, HTML and CSS. You know how to control and monitor the development process.
You’ve worked on highly technical projects to great success.
You’re experienced in manual QA testing and automated testing.
Bonus points if you have customer support experience.
You’re an excellent leader.
You know how to ask the right questions and push back when needed.
You’re good at taking ownership of complex tasks and leading others in complicated projects.
You’re self-motivated and can work well independently and as part of a team.
You’re excited to play a critical role in maintaining the stability and performance of our production pipeline.
