Team Administrator – Legal and Mission
- Based in Macquarie Park, short walk from Metro Station + WFH Options

Exciting new opportunity is now available for a highly organised, professional and experienced Team Administrator who enjoys variety and sympathetic to the mission and vision of Catholic Healthcare
This position will support the Legal and Mission teams at Catholic Healthcare’s Head Office with related administration, secretarial and coordination tasks within the departments’ areas of expertise.
Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, together with your proactive approach and ability to adapt and prioritise, will assist your success in this integral and interesting position.
Your days will include;
- File and resources management including team intranet sites
- Legal - document management, searches, confidentiality agreements, short form contracts
- Coordination across the teams and with externals as required
- Assisting with Diary Management
- Management and processing of invoices and receipts
- Assistance with budget preparation and review
- Assistance in orientation and support of incoming and outgoing team members
- Management and coordination of team events and travel arrangements
- Attending meetings and taking minutes, with actions
The ideal applicant;
- Demonstrated previous experience supporting a team in a busy environment
- Ability and curiosity to learn quickly and develop quality results
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary - highly regarded
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Considerable experience with Microsoft environment and applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Familiarity with Leap highly desirable
- Ability to provide evidence of Covid immunisations
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
