Responsibilities
Oversee security department operations and act as the department point of contact
Coordinate annual fire drill and assist in administration work including but not limited to internal audits.
Perform general security duties including access control, visitor registration and patrolling, traffic control, etc.
Keep monitoring and patrol hotel to prevent crime happening
Provide information to guests’ enquiries and assist guest handling/storage luggage
Maintain good customer care
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience with at least 1 year in the supervisor position
Valid Security Personnel Permit
Mature, independent, proactive and attentive to detail
Good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
Service oriented with pleasant personality
Previous Hotel opening experience will be an advantage
English and Putonghua knowledge would be an advantage
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager and less experience will be considered as Officer
