Responsibilities: -
- Coordinate and ensuring timely pickup and delivery of goods from Markets and vendors.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of facilities, ensuring they are in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or potential risks.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for facility repairs, maintenance, and improvements.
- Assist in managing inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring an adequate stock level for daily operations.
- Assist in facility-related tasks, such as setting up meeting rooms, organizing equipment, or coordinating events.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of transportation activities, including pickup and delivery logs, vehicle maintenance records, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics, customer service, and procurement, to ensure smooth coordination of operations.
- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment, promoting effective teamwork and communication.
Qualifications: -
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience in management, facility operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work well under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (if required for rider responsibilities).

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
