Job Description:
- Responsible for full spectrum of purchasing process, prepare Purchase Order and liaise with suppliers to ensure all products are supplied and delivered are in accordance to Purchase Order
- Maintain lowest material cost by sourcing for new source, perform cost-down activities and conduct price comparison
- To implement purchasing policies, procedures and best practices
- Direct procurement policies to ensure all items are purchased and delivered within budget and time constraints
- Identity and source new suppliers
- Manage supplier process based on price, quality support capacity and reliability
- Develop, negotiate and administer purchasing agreement and contracts with suppliers in support of organisation requirements
- Prepare purchase orders for proper authorisation and compliance with organisational policy and procedures
- Ensure purchase are in compliance with company standard policy and procedures
- Keep a constant check on inventory level and prepare monthly report
- Monthly checking all machineries and do necessary maintenance service
- Continuously explores the processes to improve the quality of work and enhancing the purchasing work cycle
- To proper filling documentation
- Assumes any other duties that may assigned by Operation Division from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, or above in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent work experience
- Good team player with strong commitment and self-motivated
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, able to interact with project team, sub-contractor, and suppliers
- Good initiative and positive attitude
- Computer literate and skill (e.g MS office & Autocount)
- Able to write/speak English/Malay/Mandarin (more advantage) in fluent
- Can work independent
- Willing to travel
- Can accept more challenging work
- License holder for Car and have own transport more advantage
