We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual preferably male to join our team as a Product Promoter, responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers inside restaurants. As a Product Promoter, your role will be to engage with restaurant patrons, offer them samples of our products (Flavored Nuts), and entice them to make a purchase.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our products to customers inside the restaurant
- Engage with restaurant patrons in a friendly and professional manner, explaining the features and benefits of our products. Offer samples of the products to customers, highlighting their quality and taste.
- Provide detailed information about the ingredients.
- Answer customer questions regarding the products, addressing any concerns or doubts.
- Actively listen to customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure a seamless customer experience and build positive relationships.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the restaurant's policies
- Prepare daily reports on sales activities, including the number of samples given out, customer feedback, and sales conversions.
Requirements and skills
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or product promotion is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outgoing and friendly personality, with the ability to engage customers in a positive manner.
- Strong persuasive and selling skills.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work during restaurant rush hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
