Part-time Administrator [Malaysia]


 

Cozy Kidz House (Bukit Jalil) is a learning centre that provides tuition and enrichment classes to learners aged 4-17 years. We are currently seeking for the position of Part Time Administrative Assistant during the weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Update and track tuition fee payments. Issue invoice and receipts to students.
  • Helping teachers to fetch students who are late for classes.
  • Making arrangements for classes such as schedule new and replacement classes.
  • Performing basic centre tasks, such as data entry, compiling lesson plans, maintaining and updating filing and arranging equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Planning and preparing for centre events, such as classes, workshops, and promotional activities.
  • Ordering, distributing and tracking of books and office supplies.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with teacher, parents, and students.

Requirements:

  • SPM, STPM or diploma holder with or without experience.
  • A good proficiency with computers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Good analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5 per week

Salary: RM10.00 - RM15.00 per hour
